* Here is some information that may help you with your initial deposit. As you may know, when you click on "Bank" in the software, a dialog box appears with the deposit icon. After you click on it, the filling form appears. If your deposit is by means of your credit card, enter the information on the filling forms. Remember to enter the complete card number, the name of the cardholder and the address (must be the same information your credit card company has). When you enter the date on the date field, there should be two digits for the month and four for the year. There should be no dashes, spaces or slashes. Withdrawal Options

Payouts are made each business day. All payout requests made before 11 am Eastern Time will be processed that same business day.

Neteller:
If you already have a Neteller account, you can make a withdrawal request in the casino banking area.

Credit Card:
All payouts made via credit card, will be free of any charges and will be paid to your credit card up to the amount of your charge to fund your account. Any amounts won over and above your original charge will be paid to you via check. All deposits made by credit card must be paid back in this manner.

Check:
All payouts made by check will be sent via express currier service; please allow 4-7 business days for receipt of your payment. A charge of $35 will be applied to your account for all withdrawal checks beyond the first check of the month.

Western Union:
All payouts made via Western Union will be subject to the applicable Western Union fee which will be charged to your account.

Bank Wire:
All payouts made via bank wire will be subject to a small percentage fee, depending on your bank, with a minimum fee of $35 and that will be charged to your account.
